The official tickets agency of tickets Tickets.GP for the Formula 1 and Motogp Events (hereinafter “Tickets.GP” ) has established these ticketing terms and conditions of sale (the "Ticketing Terms and Conditions") for the sale and use of Tickets for the events. These Ticketing Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which any Person may purchase Tickets providing access to certain Events of the Formula 1 and MotoGP for which an access pass is required, as well as the conditions of use of a Ticket by a Ticket Holder (as these terms are defined below).
In these Ticketing Terms and Conditions, terms commencing with a capital letter shall have the meaning assigned to them below, unless specified otherwise or dictated otherwise by the context. Where required or permitted by the context, the singular of each such defined term shall also include the plural and vice versa.
The present Ticketing Terms and Conditions are applicable to any Purchaser of an individual Ticket and/or Pack, subject to any limitations outlined in any Special Conditions. The present Ticketing Terms and Conditions also apply to any Ticket Holder and to any Purchaser and/or Ticker Holder of a Ticket purchased through a Hospitality Packages. For the purposes of the present Ticketing Terms and Conditions, it is specified that any invitee is considered a Ticket Holder. All Ticket Holders must comply with these Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
All Purchasers acknowledge having read and accepted the present Ticketing Terms and Conditions prior to acquiring their Ticket(s) and guarantee that any Person having received a Ticket purchased by them will comply with the present Ticketing Terms and Conditions (accessible on the resources section on the client ticketing portal) as well as any rules applicable to the Venues where each Session will take place. In case of a discrepancy between the Venue rules and the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the latter will be applicable.
Tickets.GP reserves the right to modify the Ticketing Terms and Conditions at any moment and without prior notice. The applicable Ticketing Terms and Conditions are those accepted at the date of purchase of the Ticket(s). All Purchasers consent to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions for themselves and on behalf of the Ticket Holders whom the Purchaser invites (i.e. the Purchaser shall ensure that the rightful Ticket Holder, or the legal guardian or tutor acting on behalf of or responsible for the invited Ticket Holder, understand(s), agree(s) with and will conform to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions).
The rights of Ticket Holders with regard to Tickets are limited to those expressly granted by Tickets.GP under the Ticketing Terms and Conditions and any mention on the Ticket. Tickets.GP may issue distinct rules and/or Special Conditions for any particular event organised by Formula 1 and MotoGP or for any specific group (such as legal persons), in which case the concerned Ticket Holders will be subject to these distinct rules and/or Special Conditions in addition to the Ticketing Terms and Conditions. In case of a discrepancy between the distinct rules/Special Conditions and the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the former will be applicable for the relevant provisions. Tickets.GP reserves the right, in addition to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions, to subsequently inform the Ticket Holder with regards to the performance of its obligations provided for in these Ticketing Terms and Conditions, without jeopardizing the main purpose of the contract.
3.1 Who may purchase Tickets via the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website?
The purchase of Tickets via the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website is open to any natural person. Some events might be accessible by person aged over 18 years or to any authorised legal person, as the case may be, in accordance with the Special Conditions that are applicable to them. Tickets.GP can´t be held responsible if the ticket holder is not permitted to enter the Event based on age requirements.
3.2 Ticket purchase procedure
The customer visits a website where tickets for a specific Formula 1 and MotoGP event are sold by Tickets.GP. On the page, the customer chooses from the various grandstand options available. Once the customer has selected a particular grandstand, they enter the number of tickets they wish to purchase. After selecting the tickets, the customer fills in the necessary information to complete the order and proceeds to checkout. At this stage, the customer enters the information required for payment, such as credit card details or uses other available payment methods. Successful payment is followed by an order confirmation email within 24 hours which contains details of the order created.
3.3 Malfunctions and errors during the sale process
Tickets.GP will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, due to the inaccessibility, or any system crash, or software bug that may affect the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website and any malfunction affecting the internet network. Tickets.GP shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting in particular from (i) the malfunctioning of any hardware or communication lines, (ii) transmission, downloading issues and/or loss of any e-mail and, more generally, with problems causing any data loss, (iii) problems downloading the e-Ticket notably resulting from internet issues, (iv) any failure from Tickets.GP suppliers and/or third parties and (v) any failed transaction and/or refused means of payment, where such events result from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Tickets.GP.
3.4 Limitation on the number of Tickets that may be bought – ban on multiple logins
Subject to the Special Conditions applicable to certain groups or certain events, Tickets.GP may limit the total number of Tickets, as well as the number of Tickets per sport or per Session that can be bought by a single Purchaser via their individual account in accordance with the limits specified on the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website. Tickets.GP therefore reserves the right to refuse the sale, cancel the Ticket order, and/or to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder, where the Ticket has been purchased in excess of the number of Tickets allowed by Tickets.GP.
In any of the above cases, cancelled Tickets will not be reimbursed. Tickets.GP reserves also the right to bring any legal actions before the civil and criminal courts.
3.5 Ticket availability
Tickets.GP reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine the total number of Tickets available for sale.Tickets.GP may increase or decrease this number at any time. Tickets.GP further reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or resume the sale of Tickets at any time. No Ticket order may be modified or cancelled by the Purchaser for any reason whatsoever; regardless of any increase or decrease of the total number of Tickets available for sale or the suspension or resumption of Ticket sales. Ticket orders that have been confirmed by Tickets.GP may not be modified, cancelled, exchanged or reimbursed at any time.
Tickets.GP may grant to any Purchaser the right to modify the identity of the Ticket Holder within the limits and conditions communicated by Tickets.GP.
In order to ensure a fair and balanced access to the different Events, Tickets.GP reserves the right to modify the list of Events offered in Packs from one slot to another to ensure variety. A Purchaser may not, under any circumstances, hold Tickets.GP responsible for the list of Sessions for purchase within these Packs.
Concerning the composition of Packs and/or the purchase of several Tickets, the Purchaser is hereby informed and agrees that the schedules of the Events maybe modified or delayed according to sporting, meteorological or other hazards. It is therefore the responsibility of the Purchasers to ensure that they will be able to attend the different Events selected or in the Pack, bearing in mind such risks (in particular if they choose Events to be held on the same calendar day).
3.6 Price - Payment
Ticket prices will be set by Tickets.GP in euros and include VAT and any other applicable tax with the exception of any added costs mentioned in Clause 3.7 below. For any Purchaser located outside of the Euro zone, any currency conversion costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.Several payment methods are accepted to accommodate the Purchaser’s needs on the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website, including Visa credit cards – the official way to pay – and most other credit cards.Pack prices are global fixed prices.
Prior to purchasing any Tickets and/or Packs, Tickets.GP recommends that the Purchaser carefully read all information relating to the selected Tickets and/or Packs.If the purchase process has not been finalized by the Purchaser by the end of the Timeslot provided, and/or the payment is refused, the concerned purchase will be cancelled and the order of Ticket(s) and/or Pack(s) will not be taken into account. Tickets.GP will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for such a cancellation. It is the Purchasers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of an accepted payment method as specified on the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website and have sufficient funds for the purchase.Tickets.GP reserves the right to change the Tickets and/or Packs prices at any time, with the understanding that invoices will be based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
3.7 Processing fees
Tickets are invoiced at the rates applicable when placing the order via the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website. The Ticket price is inclusive of VAT and any other tax applicable on the day of order, including any applicable processing fees. Additional options made available to the Purchaser when placing the order may be subject to additional costs. Should any Ticket be cancelled for any reason, such fees or price paid for additional options will not be reimbursed. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of reimbursement, only the Face Value of the Ticket will be reimbursed.
3.8 Allocation of Sessions and seating - Distribution of Tickets
Before any Tickets are issued, Tickets.GP will send, after full payment has been confirmed, a confirmation of the allocation of the Ticket(s) and/or Pack(s) to the Purchaser by e-mail to the electronic address indicated by them at the time of the order. The Purchaser and/or the Ticket Holder is solely responsible, and Tickets.GP declines all responsibility in case of error or invalidity of the contact details and in particular in the Purchaser and/or the Ticket Holder’s e-mail address.
Subject to limited exceptions, Tickets will be issued in digital format only (PDF File, QR Code or any substituted technology). Ticket Holders will therefore be required to have a mobile device that is in working order and sufficiently charged in order to be able to present their Ticket. Tickets will be shipped to the customer by e-mail to the electronic address indicated by them at the time of the order.
Therefore, as a general rule, no paper Tickets will be issued by Tickets.GP.
Should circumstances arise (including but not limited to, health, fraud or security risks), Tickets.GP reserves the right to modify the Ticket distribution method.
Tickets.GP will notify the Purchaser of the date of the Events and their assigned seats or areas according to the Ticket category selected by the Purchaser. Ticket Holders are informed that in same cases for reasons of security or fraud and in order to combat the illicit resale of Tickets, the final Tickets will be issued shortly before the relevant Events.
Tickets.GP will make every effort but is not obliged to ensure wherever possible, that all seats for Tickets reserved for multiple Ticket Holders during one timeslot and for a single given Events are adjacent. The Purchaser is informed that the seats as allocated may be on either side of an aisle, in front of or behind one another. If the seats are not adjacent, the Purchaser will be informed.
Tickets.GP will make its best effort but is not obliged to ensure wherever possible, that seats for a Person accompanying a Ticket Holder with disabilities during one purchase and for a single given Session are adjacent. In any case, any Person accompanying a Ticket Holder with disabilities must be valid Ticket Holders, for the concerned Session(s). It is reminded that Tickets.GP reserves the right to not provide any variation of discounted tickets.
3.9 Nominative Tickets - ticket transfer
All Tickets are not nominative, that is, made out in a person’s name.
Any Purchaser may, if necessary and according to the conditions provided for this purpose by Tickets.GP, transfer any Ticket to another person after the tickets are sent to the Purchaser by e-mail to the electronic address indicated by them at the time of the order. This transfer will take place exclusively through the customer. Tickets.GP nevertheless reserves the exclusive right, in the event of such a transfer, to limit the number of transfers and/or to refuse such a transfer where suspicion of fraud or illicit resale exists, or for security reasons.
4.1 Cancellation in the event of fraud or suspected fraud
In the event of proven or suspected fraud in connection with a ticket order or in the event of any breach of the Ticket Terms and Conditions, Tickets.GP reserves the right to cancel any order, including any confirmed, disputed Buyer orders and/or any transfers or assignments of ticket(s) and/or package(s) and/or any tickets and/or packages issued, if any.
Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website and the Ticketing App, if applicable, use secure payment systems put in place by the Payment Services Provider and by a company in charge of security checks designed to prevent data breaches. However, Tickets.GP is under no obligation to detect bank fraud. In the event of any suspected fraud, Tickets.GP reserves the right to question the Purchaser in order to verify the identity of the user of the suspect payment. In the event of any failure or refusal to respond, and if the suspicion of fraud persists, Tickets.GP reserves the right to cancel the Ticket order.
In any of the above cases, Tickets.GP reserves the right to retain the price paid by the Purchaser in addition to any additional fees paid when placing the order. This penalty clause shall not prevent Tickets.GP from claiming any damages from the Purchaser at its discretion.
Tickets.GP will cancel any Ticket acquired via bank card fraud, whether the Ticket Holder is the Purchaser who committed the act of fraud or not.
4.2 Placement on an exclusion list
Tickets.GP may, in compliance with applicable regulations, place the Purchaser / Ticket Holder on an exclusion list preventing them from ordering any Tickets and/or from gaining access for Events of the Formula 1 and MotoGP as a result of fraud, an administrative or judicial ban from the stadium or competition, or a violation of the present Terms and Conditions and/or any applicable internal regulations of the Venue(s).
4.3 Utilisation of software packages and/or apps
It is strictly prohibited to use any software covers apps to automatically order Tickets and/or Packs via the internet or which reproduce the online purchasing activities of multiple individuals and/or the Tickets or QR Codes contained therein. Should Tickets.GP deem that Tickets and/or Packs have been obtained via any such process, the Tickets and/or Packs in question shall be cancelled and the Purchaser of such Tickets and/or Packs will be refused access to the corresponding Sessions or to any other relevant location. No reimbursement will be possible in such cases. Any Ticket and/or Pack obtained via a distribution channel other than those authorised and communicated by Tickets.GP shall be null and void, and may be cancelled without the Purchaser being entitled to any form of reimbursement.
The Ticket Holder hereby acknowledges and accepts that attending the Events may imply certain inherent risks, dangers or hazards, including but not limited to, risks of COVID-19 or any of its existing or future variants transmission or other infectious diseases, as well as exposure to hot weather.
The Ticket Holder bears sole responsibility for their own safety, for the safety of their accompanied minors under the age of 16 and for supervising their personal possessions.
The Ticket Holder must follow organizator´s instructions.
6.1 Advancement or Delay of a Session
The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that no reimbursement nor compensation of any kind may be demanded in the event of an Advancement or Delay of a Events, notably due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure event or for any other reason. Advancements or Delays represent an inherent risk of the organisation of the Formula 1 and MotoGP Events, due in particular to the risk of sporting, meteorological or organisational disruptions. Tickets.GP therefore recommends that all Purchasers ensure that they and/or the Ticket Holder will be able to attend different Events held on the same day, taking into account such risks, including potential delays getting from one Venue to another due to public transport, and to favour Events taking place on different dates. No claim may be sought or pursued against Tickets.GP should any Delay or Advancement to a Events cause said Events to overlap with another Events scheduled on the same day.
6.2 Postponement of a Session
If a Events is postponed (a) to a slot for which Tickets have already been sold, Tickets.GP will act based on the decision of the organiser of the Formula 1 and MotoGP event .
6.3 Definitive Cancellation of a Events
In case of Definitive Cancellation of a Events, Tickets.GP will act based on the decision of the organiser of the Formula 1 and MotoGP event .
6.4 Suspension of a Events
Subject to resuming the Events on the same day, the Purchaser accepts that no reimbursement nor compensation of any kind may be claimed from Tickets.GP in the event of Suspension of a Events, whether due to the occurrence of an event of Force Majeure or any other reason.
Suspension of Events represent an inherent risk of the Formula 1 and MotoGP Events, due in particular to the risk of sporting, meteorological or organisational disruptions. Tickets.GP therefore recommends that all Purchasers ensure that they and/or Ticket Holders will be able to attend different Events held, as the case may be, on the same day, taking into account such risks, including potential delays getting from one Venue to another due to public transport, and to favour Events taking place on different dates. No claim may be sought or pursued against Tickets.GP should any Suspension of a Events cause said Events to overlap with another Events scheduled on the same day.
In case of Suspension of a Events with Substantial Achievement and a resumption at a later date than the one originally scheduled, the Purchaser of the Ticket shall not be reimbursed and the Ticket Holder cannot attend the resumption of the Events at said later date. No claim may be sought or pursued against Tickets.GP in such a case.
6.5 In case of Suspension of a Events without Substantial Achievement:
(a) If the resumption of the Events is planned on a later date than the date on which the Events started, on an available slot, the Purchaser (or Ticket Holder) will be able to attend the continuation of the Events using the same Ticket, which will remain valid. Tickets.GP shall not be liable for any such Suspension and no refund of the Ticket will be made.
(b) If the resumption of the Events is planned on a later date than the date on which the Events started, on a slot for which Tickets have already been sold, the Purchaser will be automatically refunded of the Face Value of the Ticket relating to the suspended Events, in which the Ticket Holder will not be able to attend.
6.6 Definitive Interruption of a Events
(a) The Definitive Interruption of a Events with Substantial Achievement shall not give rise to any reimbursement by Tickets.GP. No claim may be sought or pursued against Tickets.GP in the event of a Definitive Interruption which is not directly attributable toTickets.GP
(b) Where the Definitive Interruption of a Events occurs prior its Substantial Achievement, Tickets.GP will reimburse the Purchaser the Face Value of the Ticket corresponding to the definitively interrupted Events. The Purchaser agrees that no fees or sums other than the Face Value of the Ticket may be claimed from Tickets.GP.
6.7 Alteration of the format of sporting events or the Events Formula 1 and MotoGP
In the event of a modification to the format of the Events, including but not limited to the holding of Events without the public or with a limited number of spectators, due to the applicable Health Protocol or for any other reason, Tickets.GP will communicate to the Purchasers the terms and conditions for either attending the Events (subject to availability) or receiving a refund, if applicable, by means of a communication on the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website or by any other means.
Notwithstanding any contrary provisions, any modification of the format of a Session due to a modification of the format of one or more sporting events resulting notably from a risk of sporting, meteorological, with Substantial Achievement of the Session without any resumption of said Session, shall not entitle any refund or exchange from Tickets.GP. Tickets.GP shall not be held liable or accountable in this regard.
6.8 General provisions
Any refund made by Tickets.GP pursuant to the provisions of clause 11 will only be made to the Purchaser, on the bank account (or onto the credit card used for the purchase, as applicable) used to pay for the Ticket(s) concerned. If it is not possible to make the refund for any reason whatsoever, or if the credit card is no longer valid, Purchasers are invited to contact Tickets.GP customer service. All reimbursements as provided under sections 11.2 (a), 11.3 (a), 11.4, 11.5 (b) and 11.6(b) will be made automatically. Reimbursements as provided under sections 11.2 (b) and 11.3 (b) will be made within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment method communicated to Tickets.GP, following the Purchaser’s request for said reimbursement. Ticket Holders may only be reimbursed if they are able to prove that they are also the Purchasers. Any refund will only concern the Face Value of the Ticket, to the exclusion of any administration costs, fees and/or processing fees or exchange rates fees charged by bank institutions and/or credit card companies, and/or any additional price paid by the Purchaser for any optional product or service, incurred by the Purchaser at the time of purchase of the Ticket(s).
Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11 of the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, any Person who has acquired a Ticket through an official Tickets.GP Hospitality Package sold by the Tickets.GP Official Hospitality Provider agrees that any claim in relation to the holding, Cancellation, Postponement, Advancement, Anticipation, Definitive Interruption, Delay of a Session and/or any other element of the Tickets.GP official Hospitality Package must be submitted exclusively to the Tickets.GP Official Hospitality Provider. Tickets.GP will only process customer complaints and issue refunds to those who have purchased their Tickets on the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website. Ticket Holders from official Tickets.GP Hospitality Packages are invited to contact the Official Hospitality Provider's customer service department (as indicated by Tickets.GP Official Hospitality Provider).

Gift vouchers are issued and redeemed in compliance with applicable tax regulations. Different rules may apply to single-purpose and multi-purpose vouchers. Customers are advised to consult a tax advisor for specific implications.
Gift vouchers are valid only in the currency as they were purchased and cannot be redeemed or currencies. Please ensure the selected tickets match the currency of the voucher.
Tickets.GP undertakes to collect, process and retain all Personal Data of the Ticket Holders entered on the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website and/or the Ticketing App in accordance with the applicable Data protection Laws and Regulations.
Tickets.GP will use the Personal Data it collects for the purposes of organising and managing the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website, Events, and to keep the Ticket Holders informed about the results of the Draws, and send them information about their Tickets and the Events they are to attend, as well as any practical information, or news about Tickets.GP and the Formula 1 and MotoGP Events. In addition, Personal Data may be communicated in accordance with the applicable regulations to the judicial or administrative authorities who may request it, in particular for the purposes of fighting fraud and the illicit resale of Tickets.
Further information regarding the collection and processing of personal data are available in Tickets.GP Privacy Policy, available on the Tickets.GP Official Ticketing Website. Tickets.GP invites any Ticket Purchaser and Ticket Holder to read and review carefully Tickets.GP Privacy Policy.
In accordance with the aforementioned principles, the persons concerned by the above-mentioned Personal Data have a right of access, rectification, restricted use, portability and deletion with regard to such data. Similarly, the persons concerned by the Personal Data may, for legitimate reasons, prohibit the processing of their data and specify the treatment of said data after their death. This right may be exercised at any time by forwarding their request by letter to the following email address: Info@tickets.gp.
Tickets.GP will use Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Tickets.GP Official Ticketing Website and such Personal Data may be communicated to the Tickets.GP Official Hospitality Provider, as applicable.
The bearer of a counterfeit or cancelled Ticket will not be permitted to attend any Events and under no circumstances may Tickets.GP be held liable for any acquisition of a fake ticket or cancelled Ticket. Tickets may only be legitimately acquired from the Tickets.GP Official Ticket Website, from the Resale Platform or from the Tickets.GP Official Hospitality Provider.
Any arrangements relating to travel, accommodation and subsistence in order to participate in a Session remain the sole responsibility of the Ticket Holder, to the absolute exclusion of any responsibility on the part of Tickets.GP, even in case of Events’ Postponement, Definite Interruption, Cancellation etc. All arrangements made by the Ticket Holder relating to travel authorization and/or visas with the competent authorities and in accordance with the applicable regulations to travel to Formula 1 and MotoGP Events remain the sole responsibility of the Ticket Holder, to the absolute exclusion of any responsibility on the part of Tickets.GP, even in the case of Events’ Postponement, Definitive Interruption, Cancellation etc.
The Ticket Holder acknowledges and accepts that the risk ofEvents Delay is inherent to sports competitions and to the Formula 1 and MotoGP Events. The composition of the national teams scheduled to participate in the Events and the dates and timings of the Sessions may be modified at any time in response to decisions issued by the administrative authorities or by any member of theFormula 1 and MotoGP Events organising body (included but not limited to Tickets.GP and the IOC). In any such case, no claim may be sought or pursued against Tickets.GP, the Tickets.GP Official Hospitality Provider or the Venue owners.
Under no circumstances may Tickets.GP be held liable for:
breach of contract by Tickets.GP, unless a direct fault is imputable to Tickets.GP;
for any business losses, any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity and more generally any indirect or unforeseeable damage;
for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Events caused by virtue of (i) the position of the seat and (ii) the actions of other Ticket Holders;
Furthermore, Tickets.GP’s liability is excluded to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law, for loss, damage or injury to a Ticket Holder and/or their property, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or travel or accommodation costs, regardless of whether the loss or damage: (a) would arise in the ordinary course of events; (b) is reasonably foreseeable; or (c) is in the contemplation of the parties.
Notwithstanding any provision in these Ticketing Terms and Conditions, Tickets.GP and/or the relevant Venue owner does not seek to exclude or limit their liability: (a) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) for death or personal injury caused by Tickets.GP and/or the relevant Venue owner’s negligence or the negligence of any of their officers, employees or agents; or (c) for any other matter for which it is not possible to exclude or limit liability by law.
Nothing stated or implied in these Ticketing Terms and Conditions will affect the Ticket Holder’s statutory rights or any rights that can’t be excluded under Czech law.
The liability of Tickets.GP may not be invoked in the event of the non-performance or delayed or partial performance of its obligations resulting from an Event of Force Majeure. In the event of Force Majeure leading to the total or partial cancellation of the Formula 1 and MotoGP Events, the postponement of the Games, or the holding of the Formula 1 and MotoGP Events behind closed doors or with limited reception capacity on the Venues, Tickets.GP cannot be held liable.
Any decisions of governmental, administrative or judicial authorities, national or international, associated with the COVID-19 Pandemic or any other pandemic or epidemic will be deemed, without limitation, to constitute an Event of Force Majeure.
Should any stipulation of the Ticketing Terms and Conditions be ruled to be invalid or non-applicable by a court or competent judicial authority, the invalidity or non-applicability of any such stipulation shall not in any manner affect the other stipulations of the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, which shall remain applicable.
12.1 Applicable law

In the event of any dispute between Tickets.GP and a Purchaser or a Ticket Holder relating to the purchase or use of a Ticket or in relation to the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the Parties shall make every effort to reach an amicable settlement in good faith. To this end, any claim by a Purchaser or a Ticket Holder must be notified in writing, in English, stating their surname, first name and Tickets.GP order number, and contacting the customer service on the Tickets.GP Official Ticketing Website.
Should Tickets.GP and the Purchaser and/or the Ticket Holder be unable to reach an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the Ticketing Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Czech Court of Appeal without prejudice to any public policy provisions.
